Making french toast in the morning is a daily basis for me. I love how it’s perfectly crispy from the outside and soft from the inside. Usually people make it extra sweet, but in this recipe I like it to keep it balanced with the sweetness coming from honey and fruits. It’s also more healthier to use honey instead of increasing the sugar quantity or using maple syrup.

Ingredients:
3 slices of a toast
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp milk
1 Egg
Butter for gracing the pan
Topping:
Honey (essential for this recipe because I didn’t add too much sugar, you can skip it and increase the amount of sugar)
Fruits of your choice
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl (Cinnamon, sugar, egg, and milk).
- Dip the toast individually in the mixture.
- In a hot pan, melt the butter, and then grill the toast on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer to a plate, drizzle honey on each toast and top it with fresh fruits of your choice.
