I wanted to share with you simple and quick breakfast recipes that I always make, however, I saw lots of bloggers did a nice job. So, I thought it would be a great idea to throw some of my recipes and mention a few blogs and websites that I like. This oatmeal recipe has the highest views on my blog. It’s very simple and easy, also makes a good healthy choice to start your day off. You can add some raspberry or blue berry on top to make the plate looks more appetizing. Click here to get the full recipe. 

Lebnah toast:

This is a quick recipe that I always make in a daily basis. It looks so delicious when you put your least effort on it, though.

Toast Bread
Chopped green olives
Turkish lebnah ( You can use fetta cheese, regular lebnah, sour cream)
Olive oil
Zaatar ( optional) 

1- One slice of toasted toast bread.
2- Mix chopped green olives with one tbsp of Turkish Lebnah.
3- Spread the mixture on the toast
4- Drizzle some olive oil on top with a sprinkle of zaatar.


You never go wrong on making pancakes!  They always taste YUMMY !! There are many recipes for pancake but I’ll share with you my way of making it. 


2 egg whites
1 egg yolk
½ tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¾ cup flour 
¾ cup milk 
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract 
4 tbsp sugar


1- In a bowl sift in flour, baking powder and salt. 
2- Mix the egg yolk, milk, vanilla, olive oil and 2 tbsp of sugar in a separate bowl.  
3- Pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture gradually and mix.
4- Beat in the egg white for 2 minutes, then add 2 tbsp of sugar and keep beating until stiff.
5- Add the meringue gradually to the batter and fold in ( Don’t mix).
6- On a greased hot pan, pour in one scope of the batter and wait until the top turns bubbly and golden from the bottom, then flip it over to cook on the other side.
7- Keep repeating the same process until all the batter is finished. 
8- Serve with whipped cream on top, a drizzle of honey, some fruits or sprinkles of powder sugar.

I found this article by coincidence; I was looking for Valentine’s Day recipes. Once I saw it, I was impressed by the presentation! I made the heart shaped toast but I played a bit with the recipe. I stuffed it with cheese on top of the egg and some spinach. I made the egg medium cooked, it tasted really good! Click here for the recipes.

This website gives you to what instinct the dish is hard to be made. Also, preparing time and number of people the dish is serving. Food network is one of my favorites of all time; I trust their recipes and it always turn out good as I make them for the first time. Shari’s Berries:

I newly saw this blog, and I fell in love with it. Her recipes are simple and easy to make. The presentation is spectacular and you can easily copy it on your own. She got 45 breakfast recipes that vary in type and cooking process. She has recipes for drinks, dessert, main course…Etc. Do a quick scan on her page and choose what suits you the most. Food. :

This website has 27 favorite recipes for breakfast in bed. Most of them for medium level cook, because it includes lots of baking which require skills and techniques. However you can always give it a try, there isn’t anything to lose! Click here to get it.
